There are four parts to a human
Spirit, energy, mind and body. Western medicine is focused almost entirely on the body. Remember to spend equal effort caring for your sprit, energy, and mind, because a properly functioning immune system requires all four of these elements to be “switched on” so it can recognize, attack and kill cancer cells.

Do what others will not
When I was diagnosed, Dr. Travis Wilkes asked “are you open to guided imagery? Are you open to acupuncture? There are studies that show both help with treatment side effects and improve outcomes.”. I said yes. So, I went to a hypnotist throughout the entire 16 rounds of chemo and did acupuncture every week for two years and every other week to this day. Fasting can make a big impact
Fasting has been shown to induce not only autophagy, but also cellular quiescence…cells become quiet. defective (cancer) cells can’t become quiet…they only know how to consume energy and replicate. Under directed physician care, I’ve done a 10 day water only fast which reset my immune system…I believe its no coincidence my greatest progress against cancer really kicked-off with that fast. However, fasting 10 days or 5 days (always under a physician’s care) is a tool, not the toolbox. There are 13 hour fasts, 16 hour fasts, 24 hour fasts, 36 hour fasts and 72 hour fasts that research has shown to be immune system boosting and life changing. Again, do your own research and make your own plan…I think you might be amazed at how beneficial fasting can be in achieving your goal.

Do it all at once, all the time
Many people have asked what I’ve done and am continuing to do. When I tell them, they ask which one on the list did I do first, then second, then third, and so on. My reply is simple - I do as much as is possible, all at the same time. Killing mutated cells faster than they can reproduce is a process of consistently applying combined force. See - how to kill a werewolf.
